Business trip to Greece

The main purpose of the business trip was to visit the factories of the Rivulis company located in Thessaloniki and Athens (Greece). During the trip, we were accompanied by engineers from our 4 major partners in Azerbaijan (“Agrarco, AzRose, Grand Agro, Astarachay”). As part of the trip, Rivulis specialists held mini-seminars for our staff on the process of installing drip irrigation systems and their technical features, their economical contribution to the use of water resources, their advantages in terms of increasing productivity and preventing erosion. In the following days of the trip, we visited the Rivulis plants located in Athens and Thessaloniki. During the visit, we attended a presentation by the company's sales director on the modern irrigation technologies applied by the brand on an international scale, and also got acquainted with the drip irrigation systems installed by the company. In addition to a visual acquaintance with modern irrigation technologies, this trip once again highlighted the importance of applying innovative solutions and efficient water management in the agricultural sector in our country.
